Jennifer Frizzell

Jennifer Frizzell has worked in “new” developments residential space for 20+ years.  As the VP of Data Science & Strategy, her primary responsibilities include project management, comprehensive market analysis for residential developments from planning to completion stages in and around the Boston area, due diligence management and cross platform analysis.  She is also actively involved in the launch of all our new development communities from a pricing/positioning perspective. 

Prior to joining JD Advisors, Jenn worked for Advisors Living as The Director of Research for 9+ years, Primetime Communities as a Project Manager for 10+ years and in total has worked on over 75+ new residential projects in and around the Boston area, Providence RI, NH and Maine.

In addition, she worked for CrossCon Real Assets Capital for 1 ½ years and as part of an international team and helped raise over $450 million in for Core/Value Add Real Estate Funds. Prior to Primetime and CrossCon, she was a Senior Consultant at E&Y in their Real Estate Division for 3 years and performed on-site analysis both nationally and internationally for large corporate real estate portfolios.

She has a BA in Finance from Michigan State University and an MBA from Suffolk University and a licensed MA Real Estate Broker.   She is also the current Board Treasurer for a 196 unit condo building in FL.
