Prior to founding JD Advisors, Janice was the CEO of New Developments at Advisors Living / Boston Realty Advisors. Previously, she was a co-founder and Managing Director of Sales & Marketing at a company she expanded into five states in ten years.

With over $7 Billion + in sales management over the last decade, she has experience in large multi-family projects with both national and regional developers, residential sales, leasing, and marketing.

Recognized both locally and nationally by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and the National Sales and Marketing Council (NSMC) for her unique understanding of site demographics, product branding, market requirements, and site-specific sales models.
